In our pre-production approval process, you get to evaluate your component in advance, ask us questions and discuss alterations. This way, there will be no surprises and your component will perform just as you expected.

At Memo, you don’t have to request quality and precision. We have a zero-tolerance policy for deviation from any order. You can trust that the components we manufacture are made to specification and delivered according to plan.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Every time we start a new production series, the mold is mounted in the injection molding machine and the right machine parameters (pressure, temperature etc) are set by the mold engineer. Test samples are produced and checked against control instructions and drawings.

The engineer checks the surface finish of the component for visual or tactual defects. The parameters of the injection molding machine are adjusted until the test samples are according to specification.

Random samples are pulled from running production and checked to ensure consistency throughout the production run. Wherever finishing work is required, components are checked one last time before being packed on pallets or in boxes.

Our environmental work and policy aim to continuously reduce our environmental impact. We strive to minimize scraps from production and use energy in the most efficient manner, for example by investing in modern and energy efficient injection molding machines. All our environmental goals are measured and evaluated yearly.
